What we collect, and why
When you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your email address and the records of your subscription: when and how you signed up, and whether you unsubscribed. Any extra field on the form will be marked optional. We use this only to send you the newsletter and the free starter emails and to manage your subscription. We never sell or rent the list.
The signup form
The signup form on this site is run by GoHighLevel (also called LeadConnector) for Momentum Elevation LLC. GoHighLevel stores the email address you enter and sends our emails. The form loads in a frame from api.leadconnectorhq.com, so when a page with the form opens, your browser connects to GoHighLevel, which receives your IP address. What loads inside that frame, including any cookies it sets, is controlled by GoHighLevel.
The service we use, and who can see the list
We use GoHighLevel to provide our signup form, keep our reader list, send the newsletter and record your subscription choices. Newsletters are sent from our support.hoursaved.com sending domain.
Our GoHighLevel account sits under an agency account that is not ours. That agency can see our reader list and the information stored in our account. So the list is not visible only to HourSaved.
Replies to the newsletter are handled in GoHighLevel and forwarded to our team inbox. Messages sent to hello@hoursaved.com also go to our team inbox; that address only receives mail and does not send the newsletter.
Email tracking
Email tools usually record when an email is opened and which links are clicked. We expect ours to do this (to confirm before launch), and we will use those numbers only in total, for example to report an average open rate to a sponsor.
This website
Apart from the signup form frame described above, this website has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no tracking cookies. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them, and Google receives your IP address. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare handles every request to it and keeps technical logs for security and performance, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy (retention to confirm).
Do Not Track
We do not track you across other sites, so the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Unsubscribing
Every email has an unsubscribe link. We honor it right away. We keep a short record that you opted out, so a later import or backup restore never signs you up again.
Backups
We plan to back up the reader list every month, including opt-out records, with access limited to the people who run HourSaved (process and storage location to confirm).
Sponsor payments
Sponsor payments go through GoHighLevel and Stripe. Paying for a sponsorship or asking about one does not sign you up for the newsletter.

Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with its date.
